I actually don’t know where to start, upon arrival we were took into a room where we had to fill out forms the guy was very rude shouted at someone for using a red pen that he provided! I had a long wait as I was 3rd to jump which was fine. When I got suited up and on the plane a sexual joke was made one of the guys asked if he took the blue pill he gave him to which his reply was yes it got stuck in my throat but I’m stiff now! Then the guy I done my dive with asked me what’s the difference between a hard on and a Porsche I told him I didn’t know and he replied I don’t have a Porsche ?? what kind of thing is that to say to a woman who is attached to you. The dive itself was absolutely amazing. I just felt so uncomfortable in the plane with the sexual jokes that weren’t funny at all. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and for the canteen it was shut maybe that was a good thing. £90 for a video I only had £60 on me and was told I could pay the other £30 by card as they prefer cash (clearly not wanting to pay tax) thankfully one of the other people who was doing a jump left me do a bank transfer. The other people who were there made the day so much more bearable. If you’re going here for a skydive bring your own pen if you don’t have thick skin for the sexual jokes just avoid the place. I loved the skydive but will go elsewhere next time I do one – via google

Our experience of Paragon Sky Diving was truly awful and ruined what should have been an exciting, once in a lifetime experience. I booked a skydive for myself and my partner for her 30th birthday, with the video package we paid about £600 altogether. First of all the boss of the operation was a complete bully who spent most of the time shouting at people and being extremely rude to one person who didn’t have very good English. The organisation of the day was a complete shambles, there were about 10 other people there who were also waiting to jump which meant that the last person had to wait 9 hours in a car park with nothing to do. We jumped second last and waited 8 hours. By the time it was our turn we were so bored we just wanted to get it over with. The man I did my tandem with was very nice and professional, but the boss was disgustingly rude and deeply unpleasant to be around. The dive itself was fun, but my memory of the day is sadly tarred by the rest of the experience. If you are planning to skydive I’d advise you do it somewhere else. – via google

As an experienced jumper with nearly 40 years in the sport, a current World record holder, and who had visited Paragon in the past I was shocked and upset by the owner and the chief instructors behaviour. Having had a short layoff due to covid I was keen to get back in the air. My BPA membership validation was on my i-pad and the BPA database, but they insisted on me obtaining a paper print out which they refused to provide with the comment ‘we chose not to help you’. BPA couldn’t do anything as Paragon is a private business abet the least busy drop zone in the UK. I was subjected to a number of rude comments delivered in a raised voice and asked to leave. The rest of the staff are great. Friendly and professional. In contrast the owner and the chief instructor are, in my opinion, clowns and a disgrace to Scottish skydiving. Please give one of the other two d/zs in Scotland a visit, but avoid wasting your time and money at this embarrassment of a drop-zone. – via google

What a fantastic experience! This was the second time we had travelled for our tandem sky-dive, thankfully the weather was on our side this time. Myself and my brother had Mark and Ian as our ‘other halves’ for our jumps – and they were fantastic!
The flight up was the nervous bit, but Ian kept me calm and made sure I was good to go when we hit 10,000ft.
From start to finish we had a great day. Mark and Ian were full of chat and made sure we were confident on all fronts before we took off. Thanks guys! – via google

Such a beautiful setting in a central location. I actually went along to cheer on my better half. Unfortunately the day quickly turned sour after a customer asked a question to the “boss” and was shot down with sharp answers and quite frankly the worst customer experience I have ever witnessed, it actually had the woman in tears, this left the woman in such a state and she never felt safe after her encounter. I asked the “boss” who the owner is and it was him, not interested in rectifying anything. I was subsequently told that any complaints had to go to the BSA (British Skydiving Association). I would be appalled if I was a member of the BSA and this business was hell bent on providing such a poor standard of customer service.
Read the reviews and use your judgment but my advice would be to spend your money at one of the more friendly/well run/professional/family run businesses. – via google

AWFUL AWFUL experience. The whole thing actually feels like a SCAM. Unbelievably rude staff and ZERO professionalism or customer service….firstly we arrived to a closed office and no staff, when a guy (guessing the owner) finally arrived about 30mins late there was ZERO hello, welcome or introduction, just a disclaimer form shoved in your face as we’re rudely told to fill it in and make our payments immediately! I was told to make FULL payment , but that the jump would likely be cancelled and we would get ZERO refund…as this was the only day I could jump I said i can’t pay if its cancelled because I cannot reschedule it (we’d already paid a £50 deposit as well, and other customers were on their 4th attempt as its cancelled so often) …i was rudely shouted at yet again, and told that the full £270 was for training, but in the end i was allowed to join training anyway without making full payment at this point …The “training” was about 5minutes long and because the guy was so rude and aggressive I couldn’t ask any questions, so felt really unsafe and uncomfortable….later we were put into jumping order (another shambles experience) and I was called to pay the full amount at this point, but all I had been told was that it was likely to be cancelled, and that the tandem instructors had not even arrived and noone knew where they were …very professional! …so I dared to ask if the jump was going ahead or not before I paid, and got my head bitten off in response! it was so horrible that the other customers came to my defence…. I still don’t know if the jumps went ahead, but in any case I’d had enough at this point and left in tears. – via google
