Booked a flight session online for a couple hours before we were going to fly. Never got a confirmation email but got a confirmation of payment. Show up to the location and it’s just a boat drop in with no actual business. Turns out the guy works when he feels like it and 15 minutes after our reservation time we get an email saying they are “down for maintenance” and have no sessions. This is all while a local tells me that he’s actually just out of the country and not working at the moment. Never answered a single phone call after many different attempts along with never got a reply to the voicemail. Don’t book with this company unless you want a ton of hassle and to never even get to fly. – via
