Air fills are top notch. Regulator service was completed in under a week when I really needed it. The ladies that run this shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t taken my next course with them yet, but I will be soon. I can’t wait. Definitely recommend! – via

We love Pacific Watersports for all of our gear and maintenance needs. Laurie walked me through picking out the perfect regulator within my budget. She is deeply knowledgeable and practical when it comes to dive equipment. We also love their used gear options, which we’ve purchased a few times. They even called us when they got used tanks in that we had been looking for. Their gear maintenance/service is top of the line too! – via

Lorri is absolutely wonderful. I have issues with masks leaking, and she helped me find a mask that is comfortable and fits well. Her patience and instruction are so helpful, and I’m so glad I purchased from her instead of buying online! No pressure at all, just great customer service. The owner of this shop will tell you everything about the items you wish to purchase and fit you for exactly what you need. She is so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I truly believe you will not get this kind of service anywhere else.
I took my open water certification course through her shop and learned so much while having a good time. I was introduced to breathing underwater (and many other skills) by a patient instructor that was accompanied by 3 dive masters so we always had an experienced diver nearby. The open water weekend with them was so much fun. If you think the PNW is too cold to dive in November I highly encourage you to give it a try. – via

I’m sure you can get SCUBA gear from a lot of places but I doubt you get the level of customer service and one on one attention like I received at Pacific Water Sports. Great selection! Lorri and Jerry were great, very enjoyable experience. I’m not a very experienced diver, I appreciated the patience and thoughtful explanations of things. – via

I needed a new mask with correction lenses. Laurie is so experienced and helpful. Helped me find new pair of mask and using a software we discovered that correction lenses were sufficient and a full prescription not needed. This is why you go to a brick and mortar establishment with someone with > 40 years in the business: Experience and professionalism. – via

My 11 year old granddaughter and I took snorkeling classes with Jeri. She was FANTASTIC dealing with a not really good swimmer (me) and an enthusiastic swimmer (granddaughter). Jeri was great explaining equipment, giving tips to have a great time snorkeling, and made us very comfortable doing something new. Her attention to detail was so appreciated. I can’t recommend them enough for having a great learning experience. – via
