We did research for weeks before getting a personal recommendation for Pacific Surf Academy. Booked semi-private lessons and had a fantastic experience with Alan and Daniel!! I’ve taken lessons in Hawaii and Portugal and had the most success and fun surfing with PSA in La Punta. Alan picked the best waves for us to ride, some massive waves here! The PSA team was extremely accommodating to my many questions and requests and just a super friendly group in general. Great vibes all around – via

Booked a last minute day tour with Donovan and his crew. Amazing trip and very safe. There were 2 of us, one beginner and one beginner/intermediate and they were able to cater to the different levels. I felt safe the entire time, very professional. Don’t hesitate to book! – via

Great school! It was my first time trying to surf on over 20 years. With their instructions, I did much better than I expected to, and had so much fun! I took 3 lessons and I definitely recommend more than one, if you have the time. The first one was really fun and I did learn a lot, but I learned even more the next two. I do think it’s important to get some experience with an instructor before trying in on your own. The other students I met also seemed to be having a great time. – via
