5.0/ 5

I had the pleasure of working with Pacific Divers for my Open Water certification in November 2022. Jahneece was my instructor, and I was her first ever student (how cool is that!). She was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and personable.

I decided to get take the course because I’ve always found open water to be a bit spooky— you never know what you’ll find down there. I thought learning to dive would be a neat way to face my fears while having a bit of an adventure. Jahneece brought such a sincere joy in being in the water that my apprehensions were immediately put to rest. She made it FUN.

Thanks to their great location, we were able to complete the confined water dives in the nearby lagoon instead of a swimming pool. Being able to get into the ocean right away definitely made me feel better prepared for the open water dives— transitioning to open water felt much more natural than it might have otherwise. AND, in the open water dives, we got to swim with sea turtles! It was amazing!

Thank you Jahneece, Sandy, Lisa and Emily! I had an absolutely wonderful time, and can’t recommend you folks highly enough! – via google

Bad dives for experienced divers. We wanted to see wrecks but finally we dave in two spots separated by 150m where we saw absolutely the same: nothing. Definitely Rarotonga, or at least, Pacific divers has been so disappointing. The staff is so kind, that’s true (second star). – via google
