Very fun experience. My family of 6 including me went on a tour today for my grandma’s 80th birthday (yes she indeed went on the lines). We had Connor and Lindsey as our tour guides and they were so patient with all of us since we were all beginners. They also reassured my grandma everytime she had a question. I will definetly come back! – via

This seems very very fun — however, one of my kids got scared and could not ride the first time. Since I was the ONLY adult, all the other kids had to STOP riding due to policy. The staff felt bad and said I would get a call / coupons to help out since I was mostly out of all the money (note: the other kids and I were able to ride the first 2 ziplines as it generally gets us back to the starting point, but could not continue). Here is where Ozone & Camp Kern completely failed. Not only was I NOT warned (which would have made alternate plans with my wife as a just-in-case measure), I never got a call from Ozone. I then inquired twice afterwards over a 4 weeks time-frame and NO response. Ozone and Camp Kern are NOT honest brokers. They are not clear up-front, make empty promises when things fail, and never return emails through their website. This is not someone I recommend to do business with. – via
