They cancelled the ride over and over until at least a year …

They cancelled the ride over and over until at least a year or maybe 2 passed and I decided it wasn’t worth continuously losing money from booking days off work to go on a balloon ride that kept getting cancelled. They have a no refund policy so even if you can’t get a ride all year or next year they still won’t give you a single cent back. Ended up giving my tickets away for free just to be done with them. Maybe schedule a ride somewhere with better weather, as it seems Ottawa is hit or miss and if you’re unlucky like myself you get all the miss days. – via
