If you’re looking for safe and informative instruction, top notch in-house gear maintenance, or that hard to find piece of equipment you need, this is the place to go. It doesn’t have all the flashy recreational gadgets, but if you’re an experienced diver, you don’t want all those doodads making you clunky anyway. I trust these guys with my life, and as a female diver, I feel very comfortable with the instructors. No up-selling, no high pressure sales tactics, no creepy comments, just thoughtful recommendations based on my needs and preferences. – via

Amazing shop and the owners are so helpful and knowledgable! I am a dive student at a college who ran into here real quick for some weightbelt webbing. I got to talking with Gary and he was able to answer so many of my questions about scuba and even gave me a tour of the hydrostatic chamber! This will be my new go to shop!! – via

Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The other reviews about these two shop owners being grouchy are absolutely correct. they do not care about you, they do not care about customer service. I had a very simple question to ask about one of their products and they do not want to spend any time explaining anything. Either you buy it or you get out of their shop, period. – via

This dive shop harkens back to the classic dive shops of the golden age of Scuba diving. In an instant upon visiting Gary and his assistant I knew that a wealth of experience and knowledge dood behind this shop.
They do their own tack certification. They don’t have to send them out so the cost is reasonable. They know everything about vintage gear. I was impressed. – via

Walking into Open Water Habitat Marine School-Dive shop was a blessing in disguise. I have found a passion for SCUBA diving. Through the dive shop I have achieved my Open Water Certification, Advanced Open Water Certification and I am currently working on my Rescue Diver Certification. Gary Loiselle and Mike Pratt have each been in the diving industry for about 30+ years each. They make diving fun, safe and educational. Through the dive shop I have met other great people in the dive community. I highly recommend the Open Water Habitat Marine School-Dive shop. – via
