If there were any situations beyond the employees’ control, the company should inform you that, unfortunately, the film would be delayed (nothing like that happened). At the beginning, the hotline lady answered the phone and said “I’m already sending a reminder and there should be a video,” but after the next calls, no one answered. As a customer, I felt lied to by the lady who answered the phone. It was not a nice experience. The jump itself was very nice, but what happened later significantly lowered the total score.

Organizacja na bardzo słabym poziomie, a obsługa klienta mocno kuleje. Skok był w połowie sierpnia a dopiero dzisiaj otrzymaliśmy filmik. Czyli 2 miesiące i 2 tygodnie czekania. Jeśli pojawiły się jakieś sytuacje, na które pracownicy nie mieli wpływu, to ze strony firmy powinna pojawić się informacja, że niestety film się opóźni (Nic takiego nie miało miejsca). Na początku Pani z infolinii odbierała telefony i mówiła „już wysyłam ponaglenie i powinien się pojawić filmik” natomiast po kolejnych telefonach po prostu nikt już nie odbierał. Jako klient poczułam się okłamywana przez Panią, która odbierała telefony. Nie było to miłe doświadczenie.
