Dicht bij het duikcenter(+/-50m) top personeel, hulpvaardig, vriendelijk en enthousiast, bekwaam duik team/ -center. Op enkele meters van de winkelwandelstraat, geen auto’s of gemotoriseerde voertuigen. Dichtbij het strand en zee. Top locatie. – via

THE best dive shop in all Gilis Many thanks to Ary, Irlando, Sury, Dedi, Kian, Jinny(sorry my friend if you dont write it like this ??) and Shell. Everybody here make you feel if your part of the family. I did my advance with Ary, such a nice guy, one the best instructor for sure. We had so much fun and I learned so many things here. After I made 6 more dives with them. Every dive was perfect, safety rules were respected and we had fun. I cannot thank you enough for what I live with you guys. We saw many sharks, turtles pygmy seahorses, seahorse, lionfish, very big eels, manta rays. The guides here are very good to show you special things in the sea. Sorry very long comment but, seriously I had the time of my life with you all and if I continu I will write hundreds of pages ??Thank you again. See you next year for sure. – via

Directly across the jetty and bike rental, super accessible for dives. Can’t say much about the rooms as I got the most basic room, but it’s clean with an outdoor shower. Dive centre is super, well-maintained equipment, seamless dive planning and my DM Jay is such a great sport and on task. I’m having such a great time here. – via

Stayed here for a week while working with the lovely guys at LUNI Lombok, using the facilities at Oceans 5 for a cat TNR. The room provided for us to stay in was excellent. They very kindly put us right next to where we were working as well.
The breakfast they provided and their general restaurant menu was excellent. My partner managed to get a dive in and had a great time with them.
The staff were so kind and caring and I was very pleased to be able to help health check, vaccinate and worm their cats for them as well.
Highly recommend this place to come and stay! – via

We love this place! It’s gorgeous, the staff is super friendly. They host our cat clinics and are very generous and kind. We are so happy we can help the island cats here thanks to Oceans 5! Every time some of our staff stays in the rooms and they are super clean, nice & quiet. 100% recommend staying here!?? – via

The kids had a blast but we were kinda disappointed with the prize options for the arcade. We are well aware they are overpriced and its intended to be so. But when kids go in there they would like to find semi equal valued items. For example. The skipbo….2300 ticket. One child (teen) spent $40 on their card. They could have redeemed for the skipbo game…..thus making that skipbo game a $40 card game. A bit unreasonable. Giant gummies? Gross. All the kids in our group were a bit grossed out. Lol. Used to be more options. Now….bleh. not really worth the money as an adult that brings their kids. They loved the laser tag and playing the arcade games though. – via

We had such a wonderful experience. The staff was MORE than helpful, so kind and so professional. We rented the Swing Suites for a work party event and we were treated so great!! I would like to especially compliment the employee Bryan who went above and beyond taking good care of us with his wonderful customer experience. Also, great thanks to Monica who did a fantastic job assisting with setting up the whole evening. I would highly recommend this place! BIG thanks to everyone who made it such a wonderful evening. – via
