India Thrills is surely one team you have help us reach Kedarnath safely. I and my family is so thankful that we could reach Kedarnath as per the plan date and do the darshan without any hassle. They are very flexible with changes, which is super amazing. All the arrangements were absolutely perfect. The Hotels and the drivers. Whatever I had requested was made available.Shubham was constantly in touch with me whenever I required him for any confirmation or for any suggestions…it was such a good co ordination that the trip was a success…

I enjoyed interacting with Donna a lot. She is friendly, knowledgeable, generous, and really helpful. The prices are good, in particular for used gear. The quality of the items sold is high, and the owners understand the needs of their customers. This is definitely my dive shop to go from now on! – via

I enjoyed interacting with Donna a lot. She is friendly, knowledgeable, generous, and really helpful. The prices are good, in particular for used gear. The quality of the items sold is high, and the owners understand the needs of their customers. This is definitely my dive shop to go from now on! – via

I did a lot of comparison shopping prior to signing up for my Open Water Diver Certification course. What made the difference for me with Ocean Explorers was the customer service and information sharing I received from Donna on my initial phone call. She was thorough and patient answering all my questions without being pushy or focusing on the “sale”. She explained she was herself a Master Diver and could easily understand my fears and reservations signing up for a dangerous sport like scuba diving. In my conversation with Donna I felt a sense of trust and ease that I had found the right school to teach me the skills I would need to stay safe and enjoy a life changing sport. It has been one of the most wonderful experiences of my life!! Better than watching National Geographic on TV!! Jim is a businessman that works to make his customers happy with the right equipment for you. It’s not about selling you anything, it’s about providing you the safest, highest quality equipment to ensure safety and fun simultaneously. I am so happy I met these outstanding divers and wonderful people to explore the underwater world. Do this for yourself. You won’t regret it with Ocean Explorers to guide you and help you enjoy it to the max!! – via

I did a lot of comparison shopping prior to signing up for my Open Water Diver Certification course. What made the difference for me with Ocean Explorers was the customer service and information sharing I received from Donna on my initial phone call. She was thorough and patient answering all my questions without being pushy or focusing on the “sale”. She explained she was herself a Master Diver and could easily understand my fears and reservations signing up for a dangerous sport like scuba diving. In my conversation with Donna I felt a sense of trust and ease that I had found the right school to teach me the skills I would need to stay safe and enjoy a life changing sport. It has been one of the most wonderful experiences of my life!! Better than watching National Geographic on TV!! After having a horrible experience with an independent Scuba Instructor, I contacted Ocean Explorers to confirm my suspicions that I may have been duped and sure enough I was! After speaking with Donna over the phone I was still cautious, however after visiting the shop and I signed up for the beginning course. First night of course I still had some level of anxiety from my prior experience (4 days prior). Both Jay and Mari put me at ease, made me feel like tonight may not have been my night but to come back and try again on the next class date. I am happy to say that I’ve been doing well in the classes (at least I think so hahaha) and plan to continue my diving adventures and continue my education with them. They ARE the shop to visit for ALL your diving needs or questions and they’ll make you feel like part of the family!!!! Love these guys xoxo – via

Called about getting new cylinders filled. They had been certed by factory. When I mentioned it I got the impression the phone person didnt like internet purchases. Which isnt a big deal but instead of explaining the services they could provide (hydro and viz check) I was told she didnt think they will and she would check but noone called me back after a week of waiting I decided to move on. Not a big deal I found a much more open shop and they have my business along with the other business of other 3 divers in my family and I will be enrolling my youngest next spring for a junior open water cert. I understand the mentality regarding internet sales from the shop owners prospect but I think a better way to express that would be open dialog…not ignoring a potential customer.
That being said I won’t be sending my 3 diver family members nor my 3 dive friends to this shop. All I needed was info…. – via

Called about getting new cylinders filled. They had been certed by factory. When I mentioned it I got the impression the phone person didnt like internet purchases. Everyone I encountered in the shop was amazing even other patrons, sarcastically I said, I need a wet suit because my wife complains about me swimming so far away from the shore in my speedo and worries about cramps and hypothermia……immediately the reality of her fears were explained to me and I was measured and fitted for a suit…..I thought it would’ve been impossible to fit me a 6’3 350lb guy into a suit because I’ve never seen someone of my size in one…..”””Shark Bait….Seal Food…????????””, but to my surprise within a few days the suit had arrived and the family and I were off the the Jersey Shore and it felt great swimming out in the ocean….I’m sure I’ll be back to purchase a pair of shorts this time. – via

Donna and Jim (the owners) are absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and fun. I got my OW and AOW with their night classes, complete with my certification dives in Cozumel. They really are passionate about the sport, and I can’t recommend them enough. – via
