First, here is what Oak Mountain is not – it’s not a 150 trail megaresort.
Oak Mountain is a mountain with a local feel that you will be comfortable at with your whole family. And your whole family will be able to go for near the price of a single lift ticket at one of those megaresorts.
At Oak, you’ll also get some amenities that you might not find at your local family-friendly mountain. You’ll get a speedy quad with padded seats. You’ll get a good restaurant in the lodge. You’ll get long trails, each varied with unique character – you can be challenged as much as you want! You’ll get lift lines that are either non-existent or feel like it. You may not be alone on the trails all day, but it’s big enough that it will feel like it for most of the day.
It’s a local mountain with some big mountain luxuries (but not the big mountain expense.) – via
