I booked my Nusa Penida day trip after a lot of research. I wanted to cover both east + west parts of the island and this was the only site I came across that provided the same. I was initially a little skeptical about this as it was totally an online thing. But on the day of my trip, I was totally convinced and satisfied with the service they provided. The driver was right on time to pick us up from the hotel at Bali, and dropped us till the harbour. From the tickets, to the driver in Bali, driver in Nusa Penida, and our tour guide, everything was arranged perfectly. Our tour guide Anam was not only patient with us, but also took great pictures of us. He helped us cross the difficult rocky pathways and did not rush us at any spot. The lunch provided to us was also good. We were free to choose any one main dish and a drink at the restaurant. They also provided mineral water for our trip. Overall, it was a 10/10 trip, majorly all thanks to our tour guide Anam. Would definitely recommend Nusa Penida Nice Trip to all my friends. – via

I start with the positive part: organization was great, pick up, boat ride, driver was waiting etc.

On the downside:
Old car and not a SUV. You need a SUV for those roads.
Driver cannot drive on those roads. I come from an asian country and I experienced such roads. He was drinking into those holes.
They brought us to one of the worst restaurants on the island. There are much better options around.
The driver and guide follow you every second which means no privacy and it can be very annoying (maybe you like it)
They told us we dont have time to swim or to do this ot that BUT oh surprise we finished 1 h earlier and catched an earlier boat. Happended same to other couple..rip off
Islant itself has very beautiful beaches (better compared to Bali) but what do they bring you, if you can takr just a picture. Plus at certaun times OVERCROWDED. The whole island is full of tourists.
In addition, it was very sad to see how locals ruin their own island for money: all the rubbish and all cars with tourists (CO2).
