I bought 3 rentals for paddleboards for me and my two children. The employee who helped us was super nice and helpful. All we needed was our name for the reservation, and he took the paddleboards outside quickly. It was super easy, and we got to enjoy a wonderful day in Newport Beach back harbor. ?? Arrived around 11 am the gate was locked so we had to find free street parking. There is a little walk-through entrance and you have a 5 minute walk to the tiki hut on the sand to purchase your kayak or paddle boards. There was another group before us who rented paddle boards, so we weren’t the only people out on the water. For $20 an hour you can easily make it paddling around the lower bay and back. With it being my first time kayaking the ride up was super easy but coming back with two different currents crashing together made me have to work a little harder but overall loved the experience! – via

Came here today early on a holiday weekend and they were totally prepared for the day. Paris, Nick and Bailey were awesome helping get a large group on the water and were super helpful with us and our kids. They do a great job explaining everything and it made for a super fun day! – via
