The person I spoke to in this shop seems to not know much about jet skis, he told me seadoo were cheap s*** so I left. He also tried telling me what I can and cannot do on a jet ski, which was wrong and incorrect. Maybe I should have offered him a lesson…

: Thats like a dirtbike shop saying they dont endorse freestyle motocross. And thats just closed mindedness, its 2023 dude! – via

Thank you to Newcastle JetSki Centre. Mark and Scott provide an excellent customer experience, they go above and beyond what is expected in customer service.

A lot of business claim that they “put the customer first”. Newcastle JetSki Centre just do it, no fuss, no fanfare about it, just good customer service, excellent product knowledge, great updates and communication.

I live 370kms away, a five hour drive. I’ll buy no where else, have my Ski serviced no where else, and happy that by doing so, I’ll be well looked after.

I recommend them to anyone who wants great service, no nonsense sales, and superb customer service. – via

Service shop are biggest crooks I’ve ever dealt with. Got quoted an insane price to get my ski going. Went elsewhere and paid less than 1/3 of the price to get back on the water. Go elsewhere. – via
