Best place for a day excursion while in the area. Beautiful cenotes, great value overall for everything you get to do. Great cultural experience mixed in with thrilling adventure. Lorenzo was the best guide ever. Super nice and helpful. Made our day. Highly recommend.

Edit: so as much as we loved this and still recommend it. The whole bit about the Mayan community handmaking the things for sale may be less than truthful. We found the same skulls and animal figurines at our hotel gift shop and on Amazon for much cheaper. Still recommend the trip, but don’t be fooled by the sales pitch. – via

First let me say our guide was great and out student group loved the adventure. Next though, I have been coming here and bringing folks to these activities for years. Somewhere along the line, i feel it has changed from having fun and experiencing new things to being all about getting pictures taken so they can sell them to you. The park was over-crowded, not enough equipment, no one to fit the equipment (just handed it to us), and no water in the jugs (by rappelling). Now our guide helped us every time but the equipment people were just too busy to help. At one point I had the photographer trying to fit my rappelling equipment and let’s just say it didn’t work out! We had come over on an early ferry from Cozumel so were really hungry by lunch time but the park was so full we were told we had to wait until all of our activities were completed before we could eat. Like 3 pm in the afternoon! Not good since I was traveling with a school group and we had made reservations months in advance. In the end, the kids loved the experience, but I’m just not sure the company is putting the emphasis on guest service and safety which bothers me. – via

Wow!! This adventure was beyond expectations. For $135 each we experienced a Mayan ceremony, rappelled into a cenote, zip lines x 4, snorkeled through a cenote and cave system, was served lunch (vegetarian available), went to Tulum ruins with a guide (then solo time), and taken back to our pickups.

It was an unforgettable experience. And our guide Allen was upbeat, fun, and knew when to bring the gravitas.

I do suggest that they have a little more communication around the schedule. For example, we got on the bus thinking we were heading home but went to the ruins, and then we weren’t sure if anything was happening after that.

I wish I had photos but no phone allowed since you’re in a harness and in and out of water. Go pros strapped to head or chest are allowed. They take a lot of photos that you can buy at the end. – via

Excellent time with family in this location. I had a fear of heights and they did a great job of makimg me feel comfortable. My 5 uear old did one of the rope drop and he loved it too. 5 zip lines were all fun and felt safe. The one into the water was also a lot of fun. The stalacite swim in cenote was fun too. The food after returning was just so flavorful. Simple but was delicious. The photos were expensive bit we did buy it. Overall will recommend and a must do !! – via
