Litteral garbage hills. Bushes and branches sticking out of the slopes. “Combed” runs are not combed. I would give this negative stars if i could. Fell on the green due to my skiis getting snagged, a d cut up my face, due to the many sticks poking up through the snow. – via

Decided to take a side trip from town today in summer. I was flabbergasted! I have lived in Smithers for 17 years and never took this mountain seriously because it is serviced by a single lift. Who cares!? I had seen a cartoony image from their old web page of the trail map and assumed the mountain was something you might see in Southern Ontario. Wrong.The fall line and pitch of the runs are great and creativity of the run design appears outstanding. I will be coming from Smithers this winter and grabbing a hotel for 2-3 nights. Just hope my seasons pass at Ski Smithers will get me some kind of discount and would love a weekend deal at a hotel if possible. Can’t wait. – via

Amazing Ski hill! Love the vibe, and staff are amazing! Props to them for being awesome especially during a pandemic. Perfect for littles to learn, the bunny hill is awesome for them. Love the lodge, and service was great when ordering food. Rented our equipment and I have to say Brent and the nice lady behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful to my kiddos and myself. Myself, I loved the T-Bar and had no issues, the runs from Green to blue were amazing and fun. Hadn’t had a chance to venture out to the black but hopefully soon. As someone who has just moved to Fort from the Island and only having Mt Washington as a ski hill, I have to say I love Murray Ridge, the friendly atmosphere, beautiful hill and serene space. My far top notch! – via
