MSA security employees at the Staten Island Ferry are profiling specific Ethnicities. A Caucasian female friend said a MSA African American K-9 officer and another security officer approached her in the hopes of a date. When she declined their request, she was pulled over for an entire week to include one days where she had no bags. Are K-9 not there to detect specific items in bags? As a result, she felt uncomfortable and now takes another form of transportation
MSA security could be facing a possible law suit in the future because of their rogue employees and supervisors should monitor their employees at random just as K-9 should be. We should ALL feel safe and not be intimidated – via
