It’s 7 km up and down.. Usually 350K is charged from Ubud including bf and transport… First time trekkers might find it difficult.. overall medium difficulty… Better to take bike from second halfway(300k) if you get tired. – via

Honestly… It was brilliant! So perfectly organised and very enjoyable. Our driver Bagus was very friendly and very helpful. He was a pleasure to travel with! So was our tour guide. He was fantastic! Edwin was very friendly, super caring and kind. We were very well looked after and I highly recommend using this tour group to experience your trek.
We had a great breakfast up the top of Mount Batur as well as a hot drink. The views were SO BEAUTIFUL. So, so, so beautiful. I recommend taking a long sleeve top or jacket. It does get chilly up at the top. The climb was surprisingly challenging at times. I’m a personal trainer and fairly fit. It’s definitely achievable but steep in some areas. Again, very doable and thoroughly rewarding! Thank you again to the tour team – You were all so wonderful! – via
