Great product range and excellent customer service with helpful sales staff who are prepared to understand your requirements and give good advice. I didn’t review them at the time of my purchase but I’m really happy with their recent customer service so have come back to lodge a review. I placed my order over a year ago but it was some time before I used my snorkel mask. A pin that secured the strap broke after I’d used the mask for a couple of hours. Even though by this time the mask was out of warranty and the manufacturer wasn’t helpful, Mikes Dive Store said they would take it up with the manufacturer and because the manufacturer was taking too long to respond to them, Mikes Dive Store replaced the entire mask for me. Excellent customer service. Thanks Mikes Dive Store!! – via google

Delivery sent through DHL even though we specifically asked not to be sent via DHL as they always have a problem delivering to our address. Shocking service expect more when buying a dive gear worth over £1500!

I am so impressed with the customer service at Mikes Dive store. The manageress Cat Meyer was so incredibly helpful in the actual store. They serviced all my equipment and kept updating me regularly on when it would all be finished.
I was too busy to fetch it yesterday so sent a taxi yesterday. Cat was sadly not working then so I told one of the other shop assistants who may not have realised all my equipment. When I got it from the taxi driver, I realised that they hadn’t included one thing. When I told Cat about it and she very kindly came to my house (30 mins from the shop) to deliver my items that were left and she even helped me to reattach one part to my reg. Old School personal customer service. I will not hesitate to go back to Mike’s time and time again. Thank you Cat! – via google

Had a potential issue with our Aqualung i770r dive computers not alarming on an ascent when chasing a too buoyant diver. They sent them back to aqualung for us and they were tested and even sent through the videos of them being tested. Top service by Dan and his colleagues in the support team. Ultimately the computers worked fine but you have to be in serious violation to make them bleep underwater. Way different to the sensitive Uwatec Smart pro and my buddies Scubapro G2. When it comes time for regulator service, will be using Mikes for sure. Recommended. – via google

Incredible experience buying all my dive gear. Steve (owner) spent several hours passionately helping me with everything from my new Scubapro Hydros Package to all accessories to go with it. Even though I purchased everything that day, not once did I feel Steve or any of his team who helped me were pushing me into buying anything. They clearly know what they’re talking about and it was such a fun experience to spend an afternoon in the store talking to people who are so passionate about the sport.
