Carlos and Wendy, the owners are awesome!! So friendly and nice. They care for the safety of everyone onboard their boat and when diving. Couldn’t ask for better guides. Will definitely be back next trip to Aruba.

Absolute hideous, a disgrace to the diving community.
Please avoid at all cost, new owners are not service-minded.
We booked 3 dives for a 2 days diving trip, so a total of 6 dives. Got canceled to only 2 dives each day, their excuse was insufficient tanks.
The crew onboard was absolutely useless as we had to bring and change our own tanks from the tank storage while they stood and watched. No dive site briefing whatsoever. After the dive, crew was more eager to off-load their tanks first then to let their customers off the boat.

Absolute hideous, a disgrace to the diving community.
Please avoid at all cost, new owners are not service-minded.

Excellent dive shop. I have been using mermaids for a number of years, and they have never disappointed.
I highly recommend Mermaids, both for PADI training/certification and for fun dive trips. I am especially fond of their nice dive boats and the excellent lunch they always serve.
It does not matter if you dive with Terry, Wayne, Gordon, D2, Russel or Nok, you will have a great time.
I will definitely go back. – via google

Excellent dive shop. I have been using mermaids for a number of years, and they have never disappointed.

Oh time goes very quickly when life is good, I am flying back home today!

I had the most amazing 21 diving days with Mermaids Dive Center in Pattaya All the staff were so friendly and the instructors highly professional dive masters which made me and the team feel very comfortable in the water.

Surprise = the good food on the boat
Negatives = why waste time and energy while on vacation
Positive = you deserve respect when you respect others
Recommendation = Definitely recommend for both beginners and those advancing their diving. – via google

Oh time goes very quickly when life is good, I am flying back home today!

The diving center “Mermaid” is perhaps the best diving center in Pattaya. Good prices, excellent service, English-speaking instructors.
My instructor was Sean from England, who explained everything very clearly to me, so my first dive went smoothly and correctly.
The day I spent with these guys is one of the best in my life. Next time I will definitely come back here.

I dived with mermaids once and found them very professional. Diving in pattaya isn’t quite what the south of Thailand is , but it still has off shore coral islands, offering an abundance of marine life, and after reading some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the dives. Visibility was good and pattaya has a year round diving season. Mermaids offer 2 dive, day trips as well as dive courses. All their equipment is top quality and their instructors are friendly and helpful. I plan on doing my advanced open water course with mermaids on my upcoming trip and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. – via google
