Mi reseña es para el personal de rayan Air del mostrador de facturación sobre todo las azafatas, profesionalidad cero de cara al público,falta de simpatía,el buen trato y la capacidad de resolver problemas y buscar soluciones a los clientes para mí tendrían que volver a formarse de nuevo por que no están a la altura ,te lo ponen todo difícil para no volver jamás a volar con la compañía, tampoco tiene uno donde presentar sus quejas ni con quien hablar es una vergüenza . Es un aeropuerto situado casi en el centro de la cuidad bien comunicado es pequeño pero bien organizado muy ágil la policía son muy profesionales.el personal de las compañías no están mal salvo los de rayan Air siempre te ponen pegas sobre todo el equipaje de mano lo demás todo bien para mi repeteria cada vez que pueda – via

The airport is a small regional one. It has the charm of another time but with modern day services. It is easily accessible by public transport and was a big plus when I decided to make Martil my new home.
The only thing that could be improved is the ground staff management company. They seem very inconsistent in applying rules and procedures and is a major reason I now travel further to use Tangiers. – via

Un excelente aeropuerto, muy limpio el trato ejemplar , ni hay colas ni hay que caminar kilometros para llegar al avion, tampoco ay que llegar 3 horas antes .

I booked 2 reservations to go diving with a friend on the 4th of January. Due to poor weather we rescheduled our dive for January third. After completing half of our 3 hour drive we revised a text stating that we would not be able to dive that day due to the weather. This is no one’s fault and was fine, I would rather be safe when it comes to sky diving. They offered to reschedule for the 6th but that was after my flight leaves for Wisconsin so it was not possible. The issue began when they refused to refund my 200 dollars in deposits. While it says non refundable in the contract, I assumed I would be able to get my money back in the case of constant poor weather. Now I am left 200 dollars short and no sky diving experience. There is zero reason they could not have given me my deposit back. I’m this case, they chose profits over people which is definitely not what I look for in a sky diving company. Although to their credit, the service people were very nice. If you are a tourist, chose somewhere else to sky dive, they will screw you! – via

My advice: find another skydiving company.
This company profits from ripping off their majority non-local customers by refusing refunds for no-flying days. The customers have put a deposit down with the expectation of receiving the service and when the weather does not permit flying within the time period the customer is in the area, the service is not rendered while the deposit for the service is retained by the company.
I’ve been to skydiving companies across the country and this is the first time I’ve heard of such a thing. Yosemite’s skydiving company fully refunded my deposits this past summer due to no-flying conditions, no excuses. That is what an honest and respectable company does. Take the charity, Team SMB, because I will not be coming back. – via

Went skydiving for the very first time with Skydive Monterey Bay with my wife. We got the 15,000 feet package along with the ultimate video package for the 3rd perspective video shoot. From booking, checking in to skydiving, everything has been a pleasant experience. Josue was my tandem instructor and it was a blast jumping with him. He’s instructions were clear and made me feel assured throughout the whole process. He also did some spins during free fall as I asked him to do some tricks.
The 3rd perspective video turned out beautiful as it shows you jumping with Monterey Bay at the background (instead of flabby cheeks only). The ultimate package is worth it if you like sharing your experience with others, or this may be the only time you will ever skydive. The price is essentially paying the camera to jump with you. So you have to choose, jump twice or nice videos.
I would definitely recommend jumping with Skydive Monterey Bay and thanks for the great memories.
