My daughter and I were planning on doing boat SCUBA , but were last minute and didn’t sign up in time. We were lucky and got shore dive spots with Maui Diving. I was a bit hesitant, but was easily talked into 5 Caves shore dive. From the person who “sold me” on this dive, to getting fitted for equipment since we didn’t bring ours, to the professionalism and hospitable nature in the shop, I was impressed. Kevin , our dive master, was awesome as far as explaining the dives, clear expectations as to where and how we were going, and finding us cool seal life. Although we went at a decent clip, we saw a baby frog fish, a red octopus, a white-tipped reef shark, turtles etc.Both dives were fun, and I appreciated Kevin’s knowledge of the area, his positive attitude, and that he freely shared videos and photos that he took from our dive. I am frequently on Maui, and will return to this shop. – via google

These guys were awesome. I booked a dive with Fathom Five by google searching dive shops and having a recommendation from a friend. I booked the dive online prior to the trip and the booking website was comprehensive and straightforward.

This dive shop and the dive sites are located on the south side of Kauai! I had to reschedule and they got me in same day because there were spots available. I did that in person at their office.

I’m so glad I did because we had an incredible experience. During our surface interval we had a momma and baby humpback whales checking out our boat for several breaches within 20 yards, of course the captain turned off the engine. It was magical.

The guys were professional, happy, and communicated well. We saw tons of turtles, big fish, eels, octopi, and even dolphins above and below the water. Dive sites were great for wildlife!
I enjoyed my experience and would do it again. – via google

Our instructor Steven was very knowledgeable and helpful, he took the time to teach me and help me even I did not feel comfortable with water. He got all the equipment ready for us, did an excellent job teaching me about diving. He was always there to help me and hold me under water, very patient and protective, made me feel safe and comfortable. I saw turtles??, trigger fish??, trumpet fish, butterfly fish, and more; I even heard whales ?? making sound. He made sure I had fun diving even though I was a beginner! He also made sure my husband was having fun too! He is awesome, highly recommended anyone who wants to learn more/have fun – diving with Steven (he has a great smile). – via google

Had an awesome time thanks to my divemaster Ashley, who is probably the best dive master I have come across (tourist from Australia) visiting Hawaii. She was super knowledgeable, fun, social and helpful during the dive (two dives in one day).

I wanted to buy a tshirt there. When I first came the guy was super nice and told me I could come back later, once I was done swimming, to try it on. He also said he was there until 7. I then came back around 4 and he was gone and the store closed. I then checked the opening hours and came back twice according to those opening hours.
