Wouldn’t sell me a diaphragm for my second stage unless I take their overpriced certified technician course.
Why are they specifically designated as a “user serviceable” part…? What an embarrassment of a dive supply outlet.

We went to lots of dive shops and were frustrated that at many of them, we were able to rent but not buy.
But not here! We bought find and masks at an affordable price.
Even more than the quality products, I want to highlight the quality people! We had some bike trouble outside the store, and the guy who helped us choose gear also helped us get our bike back up and running.

Had to get batteries changed in two Suunto transmitters, Suunto tank pod and an Uwatech transmitter.
No stock of batteries, maybe two to three days for the transmitters, the pod would be three hours for the change and 725k.
How can the only Suunto authorized shop on the island be out of stock for such a standard item!
And the technician was just shrugging his shoulders when asked for alternatives.
Obviously Suunto would do well with another representative on the island to give them some competition!
I got it clear, Master Selma is not a serious shop and the arrogance is deafening. First and last visit to that shop in a country where everyone else is big smiles and super service minded. – via
