Pues después de muchos años y muchos centros ya, es una sorpresa descubrir un sitio así. Cercanos, agradables, profesionales , flexibles. pero serios y rigurosos. su palabra favorita es a todo un “sí”…. De verdad que encontrar profesionalidad y tanta experiencia y ademas que seáis tan tan cercanos y agradables ,
es un binomio cada vez más difícil de encontrar . El equipo con el que buceas lo último del mercado. Y además prácticamente nuevo. Opciones? … infinitas. Tened claro que nos volveremos a ver y no se me ocurre mejor sitio para formarme que cerca de vosotros. Sois unos profesionales tan excelentes como personas. Desde un bautizo hasta el curso más avanzado de mezcla de gases que se te pueda ocurrir. … Me quito el sombrero, Sergio, Pilar, Eduardo …. Sois de lo mejor del mundillo. En mis 20 años buceando por medio mundo no había visto jamás un centro tan bien montado como Mar de Hielo.
Todo fácil! Todo el personal se dedica H24 a garantizar que tu experiencia sea perfecta.
Te ayudan con el alojamiento, con actividades alternativas al buceo, con el mantenimiento de tu equipo….
Además todos cuentan con unas capacitaciones en buceo que van más allá del necesario para realizar unas simples inmersiones a nivel hobby.
Me pareció increíble también la tienda que tienen en el mismo centro de buceo, con bastante más material que la mayoría de negocios que se dedican exclusivamente a la venta de equipos de buceo.

Es mi centro de elección se voy a Tarragona. Las instalaciones son grandes y limpias . Tanto el barco como la zoodiac muy bien . Tiene una terraza fuera para que puedas sentar y hacer la decobirra después de la inmersión y también tiene comida . Un 5 estrellas. – via

Dive shop looks really nice, prices are competitive with most online dive shops, and the in shop help was really good. But my experience trying to take a class with them was awful.
Had been emailing them for over a month to try to get the class done, took 2 weeks just to get the info on how to go get the online course work (which I picked up within 2 days of the email and completed 2 days after that), and then they just completely left me hanging on the checkout dives. Emailed them the day I finished the class, took nearly a week to get a response about possible checkout dates, set tentative dates, then never heard back. Been more than a week now since I’ve heard anything from the instructor when we were supposed to be doing the checkouts this past weekend.
Finally got sick of waiting more than a week for replies and went through Cookie’s Scuba for the checkouts. Chris was amazing and even though we first got in contact on Friday, he had me done with the class Sunday, one of the most intense and well structured classes I’ve ever taken. I’ll be using Cookie’s from now on for all of my SDI and Tech classes.
I get things come up, and that they’re busy. But either say you cant do the class and don’t take my money, or keep me updated. Just not responding to emails after you already took my money for over a week is utterly unacceptable. – via
