We came not at peak season, so it looked like a ghost town upon entry. We followed the footsteps for quite some time before we stumbled on some people. We came early as it asked, but registering was quick since we did it ahead. We were the only guests for most of our stay. We did the mega quest, and our instructor was great and talked us through anything we asked. The gift shop was full of employees, but none seemed to want to help us. We search for a size for my son to find only xl sizes. Overall, the caves were quite a majestic and beautiful thing to see. Definitely recommend going, but maybe at more peak season, to see at fullest potential. – via
