Meals are 3 places for breakfast + bakery, 2 places for lunch + bakery, and 4 places for dinner. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
A coin laundry room was newly installed in the lodge building this time. I was very grateful for this. (The fee was 500 yen for laundry, which was raised from last year, but it is acceptable in this day and age.)
Hoshizora Onsen has a fairly wide space, and the dressing room and washroom are separated. This Saturday and Sunday, the dressing space was quite crowded, but there were more than 20 showers in the washing area, so there was no problem.
Of course, both the indoor bath and the open-air bath are very large, so I didn’t feel crowded.
However, because the floor of the washroom space is boarded, it stands out when hair falls, but on Saturdays and Sundays, a large amount of hair fell.
Since it was reopened as Lotte Arai Resort, I have been going there almost every year, but it was the first time it was this dirty.
Fortunately, there was a quickle wiper in the washroom space, so it was good. (This time, as an aunt, I was at a level where I couldn’t be satisfied without cleaning.)
The club building is relatively close to the gondola station, has a mountain view, and you can enjoy the resort feeling, but the only regret is that there is no cafe. If you stay for a long time, you will want to enjoy not only skiing and snowboarding but also leisurely hotel stay. If you want to drink coffee leisurely at the cafe, you need to go to the Arai building or go to the gondola station. It’s a pity that I can’t go casually with light clothes.
This time, I walked to the gondola station to buy coffee and drank it in the library space and in my room.
There used to be a cafe in the club building.
It makes me feel nostalgic.
I think that the evaluation as a ski resort hotel is generally high.

2023.2/11-15クラブ棟に宿泊しました。
後半大雪が降りましたが、ロッジ、クラブ、ネスト棟は屋内駐車場なので雪かきの心配がないのは非常に有り難いです。
スタッフの方はフロント、客室清掃係さん、レストラン皆様親切で親しみがあり、安心して宿泊できました。
食事は朝食3箇所＋ベーカリー、昼食2箇所＋ベーカリー、夕食4箇所です。夕食は予約が出来るので予約をお勧めします。
今回ロッジ棟にもコインランドリー室が新たに設置されていました。これはとても有り難いことでした。(料金は洗濯500円と去年より値上げされていましたが、このご時世なので許容範囲です。)
星空温泉は全てのスペースがかなり広く取られており、脱衣場は脱衣スペースと洗面スペースが分離されています。今回の土日は脱衣スペースかなり混んでいましたが、洗い場のシャワーは20以上あるので問題ありませんでした。
もちろん浴場も内湯、露天風呂ともにとても広いので混雑している感覚はありませんでした。
ただ洗面スペースの床が板張りのため髪の毛が落ちていると目立つのですが、土日は大量の髪の毛が落ちてました。
ロッテアライリゾートとして再開されて、ほぼ毎年のように通っていますが、こんなに汚ないのは初めてでした。
幸い洗面スペースにクイックルワイパーが置いてあるので良かったです。(今回はおばちゃんとしては掃除しないと気が済まないレベルでした。)
クラブ棟はゴンドラステーションにも比較的近く、マウンテンビューですし、リゾート気分満喫できるのですが、唯一、残念に思うことはカフェがないことです。連泊するとスキー、スノーボードだけでなく、のんびりとホテルステイを楽しみたくなります。カフェでのんびりコーヒーを飲みたいときにはアライ棟まで行くかゴンドラステーションまで行く必要があります。薄着で気軽に行くことが出来ないのが残念です。
今回もゴンドラステーションまで歩いてコーヒーを買いに行き、ライブラリースペースやお部屋で飲みました。
以前はクラブ棟でもカフェがありました。
それが懐かしく感じます。
総合的にスキーリゾートホテルとしての評価は高いと思います。
