bad business!!! bought a head full face snorkel mask 2 years ago from this place. long story short i lost a snorkel part from the mask i bought from them so went to carle place location i ask if they can give me a part from a mask from the ones in stock, they refused to break a set and help me only choice given was buy a new mask which they did not have my size (but other mask in stock had my part WHICH THEY COULD HAVE SOLD TO ME!!!) or go home. moral of story they rather loose a customer with over $2k in purchases over not breaking a set that can replaced from their supply company, the sales staff prefers profit over helping repeat customer!!! its a $30 dollar piece for christ sake!!! PSA: will delete review if asked to go buy my missing part. – via

It’s a nice shop and has a lot of good equipment. I bought a mask from their old location that’s still going strong several years later. This was my first time taking a certification course with them, however, and I was less impressed. The course itself was fine; however, they didn’t submit the paperwork to PADI for a full month. I called multiple times and was told it would happen “soon.” It seems like they submit paperwork for a lot of people at once, from what I was told on the phone, but they should be transparent about that in case you need your certification card at a certain time. I probably will not go back to this shop. – via
