My experience with helicopter flight was very poor. Due to weather conditions my flight was canceled though nobody from your team reached me over email or phone. So I was waiting at lodge reception for an hour wasting my time to be picked up. Finally hotel receptionist managed to call you and get information about flight cancellation.
Now I’m waiting for refund already a week. Instead of just canceling card transaction you requested my bank account details to prolong the process.
Another issue was with my wife who did microflight and paid for video which happened to be in terrible quality Bac use camera screen was dirty. Nobody responds her about refund for video.
I’m general – Very bad experience with Livingstone adventures. I did the helicopter flight later on Zimbabwean side – which was very polite, responsive and on time. – via

Had a microlight flight planned that was unfortunately cancelled. Couldn’t postpone so was upgraded to another option which we were extremely grateful for. Stella was amazing helping book and coordinate on the day. – via
