Purchased a 7-9 inch lift kit from them. When I picked it up, Bryan told me that he open boxes to check if powder coating was in good condition didn’t think that they would take boxes out of. They stole around 15 parts out of kit. They did nothing to help get those parts back. If I could give them a zero star I would. I got stuck paying for extra parts when I shouldn’t have worst experience ever with them. – via

Purchased a set of wheels and tires for my F-150 in February. Had some tire damage due to road hazard. Took the truck in and they replaced it with no issues. They treat you like a friend and don’t pressure you to buy anything. I’m glad I chose them and will recommend them to anyone who has off road needs. – via

This place is awesome. I’m usually the type to shop around and get a feel for the people I do business with and I knew this was the place i wanted to take my truck after the first phone call to them. I spoke with Brian and vaguely explained the vision i had for my truck. He was quick to work out all the details and pieced everything I wanted together perfectly, even picking out the wheels that would go best. Liberty Off Road did not disappoint when the work was finished. They go out of their way to help you with everything they possibly can and answer all your questions. Chasity made a point to check in multiple times over the last couple of months to ensure everything was running well. They are diligent and dedicated to not only their work but also their customers. – via

Had an issue with an airbag kit. Stuff happens (and can happen anywhere) and it’s how they deal with it that makes or breaks it. Brian backed it 100%. Excellent customer service. Really a pleasure to work with someone down to earth that knows their stuff and knows how to treat their customers. – via
