Booked a flight and due to weather complications it was canceled twice , ended up being too late in the year and too cold for my wife to be willing to go and they were super understanding and helpful and gave me my refund. A shame we didn’t get to fly, hopefully in the spring. Still wanted to leave a review for such friendly and great service! – via google
