I booked a 4 week tour with Lao Mood in Laos and Cambodia. To start with the positive, they were flexible, easy to reach and dedicated. On the other hand, their pricing is very unfair and not transparent in my opinion. I could have had the same activities, hotels etc for half the price. They always chose the most expensive options although I told them I needed to get the budget down. They never suggested cheaper alternatives. I knew that you pay a bit more for an agency, but I didn’t expect that much. Do not recommend. – via
