This being a 47th Birthday Gift from my son, I was overjoyed to be riding side by side with him. The process was a little off putting where we only learned about requiring the temporary boater’s license AFTER we submitted the deposit, but we could’ve look into it a little better and read the website first. The staff was rather detached at first at the Weirs Beach desk but came around after we showed a better nature than what they’ve received from other customers and I gave them a $20 tip for setting me up for success with rescheduling our trip for the following week. With military obligations I had to adhere to, we had to reschedule a second time and NATALIE WAS AMAZING!!! She was perfect with communication and very professional with sharing concerns about the weather. Plus, she was a delight to talk to, a pleasure to be around, and a beauty to behold. The test was tougher to pass than expected but actually paid off out on the water so, I highly recommend taking it seriously and absorb the information. The Sea-Doo jet-skis were AMAZINGLY cool! Out off all the brands I’ve used, these were the best. Overall, we came back after just an hour of riding with a giddiness in my soul that forced me to constantly smile stupidly while Natalie wrapped everything up. Such a great time! – via
