5.0/ 5

(Translated by Google) We have been in the Manta Queen 7 this year-end, making a 4-night and 5-day outing through Similian and Surin and the experience has been very, very good. It was our first time on this type of live aboard trip and we couldn’t be happier. The first and most remarkable thing has been the team of professionals who were in charge of the boat and the dives. Both the Thai crew and the diving instructors have been unbeatable.
I have to highlight Brendan, the boat manager who has made an outstanding experience already second to none. With his enthusiasm, care and attention, he created a good atmosphere on the incredible boat.
Resolving more practical questions: the boat was very good, despite being full, we were 24 people, there was enough space to relax and be a little at your leisure if you wanted, although one of the best things is sharing 4 such intense days with people who has the same hobby as you. You meet amazing people.
We slept in a double room with a bunk bed and its own bathroom and we were surprised at how comfortable it was. They are small but enough to sleep and shower comfortably.
The food was very good, it includes all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks that they don’t sell, so bring your own beers, which after a day of diving is the best thing to do.
The dive sites have seemed very good to me, very varied, that there is always the fear that it will be very repetitive.
Honestly, for the price it costs, it seems to me that it is cheap for what you receive.

How only comments to improve the check-in process was somewhat chaotic at times, as well as the information on the courses you can do on the boat and extras. There you can do your advance or other specialized courses using all the dives you will do. You have to include in the cost you pay for the national park, which is about 60 euros per person for 5 days, tips that will be about 100 euros, and the rental of equipment and a computer if you don’t have it, about 80 euros I think.

It is certainly recommended to go with them, although the standard in the area must be similar, there are even better boats that are not much more expensive.

– via google

Did the three day liveaboard- it was amazing. Caring and patient guides who make you feel safe. I only had my open water and got my advanced on the trip, which was a good deal. They divy up groups by experience and air so it makes for a good experience. Boat was clean, food was great. It’s worth paying a bit extra for the Twin Bed room. Flip was a great trip leader! – via google

We absolutely loved our trip on manta queen 2. Crew were incredible, chef is world class – probably the best food we’ve had in Thailand. The dives were led very well and it was just lots of fun for the 5 days. Jai gave all the briefings and he was super friendly and eager to help where needed. Rooms were clean and comfy, much more than expected. Will definitely do another trip one day in the future. – via google
