Just wondering if this owner grew a brain yet. I rented from them a few years ago. I did a group event. It was SUP. Good rentals always check their renters and size them up appropriately. She was too busy bragging about all her possessions to bother to do so. I’m chunky and pretty tall and I was given a borderline SUP for my size. When we got out on the water she mortified me in front of everyone. She made sure to tell everyone in the group how she felt about me being on the SUP for my size. I had used one before it’s not like I was never on one. She just isn’t a responsable rental. The next day the SUP yoga instructor checked in on me and was embarrassed at the owners behavior. I haven’t been back since. It was no fault of the instructor. – via
