We booked a tour with Kanoo and for reasons beyond our control, had to cancel. As I did not go on the tour, I cannot rate the tour. However, the service I received from Kanoo was excellent. They were professional, quick to reply to my e-mails and offered assistance when I had any questions. – via

AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE GREEDY AND UNETHICAL! Bolivia has had major political unrest recently and I had to cancel my trip due to my Embassy being evacuated. I had three tours booked with Kanoo Tours, and despite the emergency situation, they refused to refund me without penalties! People are dying down there and they are concerned about profiting somehow off me. That’s just disgusting. – via
