We had an incredible experience with Just Liquid Sports for our JCI Kootenay paddle boarding night event. Despite unexpectedly large turnout, they provided more than enough paddle boards for everyone. Their service was exceptional, ensuring everyone had a fantastic time on the water. We highly recommend them and look forward to using their services again in the future. Just Liquid Sports made our event a huge success and made us feel safe without limiting our fun. – via

At the end of January 2023 I spent $60 dollars plus shipping on a pint of Clifton Hypalon glue, I opened it up on April 23 only to find it expired and had the consistency of play dough.

I have recently found out this glue has a limited shelf life (1 year). This suggests the glue was, at minimum, 10 months old at the time of sale if not spoiled already.

I would expect a vendor to know the expiry of their products and make sure they aren’t selling a spoiled product. At the very least I would expect some sort of warning in this regard. Had i known the glue may spoil within 2 months of purchase, I wouldn’t have spent the money, or would have waited until a new batch came in.

Currently waiting on a resolution from Just Liquid, and hoping this gets sorted out – via

I had an issue with a previously purchased product. The customer service I received was exceptional. I was able to return the item and a better quality product was sold to me at a discount after Rob had demonstrated exactly how it worked. Here is my advice; people out there, buy local and buy good quality products and the local vendor will take care of you. – via
