The have gas (expensive) but expect it to be on the lake. Selection of general good was lacking. Went there for beer, ice, and tackle. They had non of the before mentioned items. – via

Beautiful place to sit and enjoy the water. Bathrooms are clean, boat ramp is easily accessible, bait shop has snacks, shirts/outerwear, and all the necessities to make sure your boating/ snorkling/ diving trip is a success. – via

The boat that we rented broke down while we were out. The crew got a tow boat to us quickly and the gentlemen that towed us in was very nice. We cut our time out on the lake short because of the breakdown. They did offer to get us in another boat but we felt like a lot of time was lost due to the breakdown and retrieval so we did not go back out. – via

The manager who assisted me with my reservation was very helpful and courteous. Check in was painless and it didn’t take long to set up. I selected site #18 as it has a spectacular view of the lake, 180* vista. Shade is sparse and intermittent, know that going in. The stone table and lantern post were precariously perched on the edge of a steep and rocky incline, so I didn’t use it. The swimming section of the lake was clean and there was enough exposed sand for several to occupy, but I had it to myself for most of the day. The bathroom was the greatest disappointment as it was gross, as in dried fecal matter caked to the commode.
I would recommend this to others looking for a less crowded option for lake access camping. – via
