My son and I embarked on the Black Water dive led by Boat Captain Sierra and Divemaster Ross. Unfortunately, surface conditions took a turn and caused safety concerns about 15 minutes into the dive, leading to its cancellation. Ross and Sierra worked very hard to get everyone back aboard safely and then back to the harbor.
Due to the circumstances, Ross offered to assist in obtaining refunds.
Despite the abbreviated dive, the crew’s professionalism shone through. This experience reaffirmed my trust in Jack’s Dive Locker, and I look forward to diving with them again thanks to their exceptional team. – via google

I have had many instructors in my life. From, law enforcement training to aviation; Anna, as a dive instructor is one of the best Ive ever had. She demonstrated the skills in a way that were concise, easy to remember. Most importantly she made it fun which made it so much easier to learn. The boat, Kai Lani, clean, spacious very well thought out organization. Captain Bob was locked on and diligent to keep everyone safe.

Great guides Mondo and Anna! Solid boat captains, Gary and Bob! Clean and organized dive boats.
Enjoyable and responsive administrative staff.

Additional note: Anna is as solid as PADI Instructors can achieve. Direct communication and expectations. I was able to join my brother during his first set of ocean dives for Open Water Cert.
I received good training several years back elsewhere though observing her approach as an instructor exceeded my valued initial entry into diving!
Wish the best for all of you. Thanks for our dive experience. Was a great time!

This is the second time I have dove with Jack’s Diving locker. They are fantastic. The people are really friendly ands helpful, the stores are clean and the dives are amazing!
We did the manta dive – this is the only company that I know that does a double dive on the site – which is a great way to learn the site and get comfortable before the Manta dive. – via google
