The food was of good quality, the worst thing is that since we don’t like very spicy food, we didn’t have many options to choose from. The Japanese restaurant was the best, but it was only open two nights in our entire 9 day stay. But the worst thing is that it is very far from the airport and the transport organization was terrible on the way out and much worse on the way back. They didn’t guarantee your return time by seaplane, and that’s a big drawback, as was the case with us. The day after arriving at the hotel, they told us that there was no room for us in the afternoon transfer, when we still had 1 week to go. There was no way to make them change their minds. We had to choose between leaving at 7 in the morning by seaplane or at 1:00 p.m. combining boat and seaplane and making a stopover on another island with the consequent lengthening of the transfer. Our advice is to choose a closer place with more transfer possibilities or that guarantees the time of your transfer. It is understood that due to weather conditions they can be delayed or canceled, but not due to poor organization, since they charge you at the price of gold.
I edit review to add a couple of photos, since the hotel implies that we did not stay in it. The reservation and the transfer were made directly with the hotel so they can’t blame any travel agent either. I am not going to answer any more, we just reiterate our advice to travelers so that they do not make the same mistake that we made when booking this hotel.

Tenemos mal recuerdo de este hotel y definitivamente no volveríamos. Las instalaciones sí estaban muy bien, las piscinas y las habitaciones. La comida era de calidad, lo peor es que como no nos gusta la comida muy especiada, no nos quedaban muchas opciones para elegir. El restaurante japonés era el mejor, pero sólo estuvo abierto dos noches en toda nuestra estancia de 9 días. Pero lo peor es que está muy lejos del aeropuerto y la organización del transporte fue pésima en la ida y mucho peor a la vuelta. No te garantizaban la hora de vuelta en hidroavión, y eso es un gran inconveniente, como fue nuestro caso. Ya al dia siguiente de llegar al hotel, nos dijeron que no había sitio para nosotros en el transfer de la tarde, cuando faltaba todavía 1 semana para irnos. No hubo manera de hacerles cambiar de idea. Tuvimos que elegir entre irnos a las 7 de la mañana en hidroavión o a las 13.00 combinando barco e hidroavión y haciendo escala en otra isla con el consiguiente alargamiento del traslado. Nuestro consejo es elegir un sitio más cercano con más posibilidades de traslado o que te garanticen la hora de tu transfer. Se entiende que por condiciones meteorológicas se puedan retrasar o cancelar, pero no por su mala organización, ya que te lo cobran a precio de oro.
Edito reseña para añadir un par de fotos, ya que el hotel insinúa que no nos alojamos en el mismo. La reserva y el transfer la hicimos directamente con el hotel así que tampoco pueden echar la culpa a ningún agente de viajes. No voy a contestar más, sólo reiteramos nuestro consejo a los viajeros para que no caigan en el mismo error que cometimos nosotros al reservar este hotel. – via
