I cannot imagine a better company or captain to take a boat out around Manhattan with. Their boat is beautiful, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and we could not have imagined somebody better than Captain Krista. Thank you Capt. Krista for helping us have an incredibly fun night!

Amazing! Did a turtle snorkelling trip with these guys and it was perfect! We saw a turtle within minutes and then went on to a stunning snorkelling location with amazing corals and fish. The guide was friendly and informative and put together the perfect trip. We also went back to them later on our holiday to hire kayaks to paddle around the lagoon. Highly recommend. – via

Well well , I said I would be back to finish my review once I got the experience , so here we go …
First of all can we do 5 stars times 2 ? If you want the best experience of your life from beginning to end this is certainly the place for you .
The beginning of the experience : Jessica was just such a pleasure to deal with since day one , she made SURE she accommodated all my requests . If you read my very first review you’ll understand , not to mention the date I picked was June 4th and the weather was horrible that day , rain and thunderstorm so we had to reschedule and right the way Jessica jumped in to find a day that worked for me .
The boat : the boat is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, Spotless clean and I absolutely loved the bean bag .
Now I certainly saved the best for last …
THE CAPTAIN: Captain Krista is simply the best company you would want , she’s very patient and accommodating as well as a great photographer. I don’t even have enough words to describe her , so you’ll just have to hop on the Sailing Islander in order to understand me .
This whole experience was amazing as this ladies went above and beyond to make sure I would have a magical time , and boy was it magical !!!!
So if you ever want to celebrate a special occasion or simply have a blast you have to try this boat .

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time for his birthday sail. Captain Krista went above and beyond our expectations for this experience. She made us feel comfortable in every single way. I feel like we’ve known her forever. That’s how relatable she is. Fyi, her music playlist is everything. This sail will definitely be something that we will never forget. Pete and April were fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We took a 2h turtle spotting tour which included the opportunity to snorkel at two sites (including around the wreck of The Favourite). Pete knows where to find the turtles and sure enough they were exactly where he took us—four or five green sea turtles were sitting on the sea floor being cleaned by fish. Steamers and snorkelling gear are included. Pete takes about a 16 guests out at a time on his glass bottomed boat (he needs 8 to proceed with the tour). If the weather is poor or he doesn’t have the numbers then your booking carries over to the next day. Tour times vary to match tides (going out on a low). He has other tour options if you want to snorkel at more sites. For parents of young kids—Pete is happy for kids to stay on the boat while parents snorkel. He’ll have them feeding and spotting fish and is great with them. We also hired (sit on) kayaks—a double kayak for 4h was around $70. These can be pre-booked so that they’re all ready and waiting for you. Dry bags and life jackets are supplied. It’s worth chatting to April and Pete about where to snorkel—they’re happy to share their wealth of knowledge. Try Old Settlement beach at high tide or North Beach at low tide if you’re hoping to spot a turtle snorkelling out from the beach. Ned’s Beach is a must do—feed the fish and snorkel at low tide if the waters are calm. (Turtles can also be spotted here. ) – via
