Hallo liebes TSK Verkausteam vom Shop in Bern

Was mir als Kundin bei eurer Verkäuferin gefehlt hat:
– eine Begrüssung (der Laden war fast leer, Blicke warf man mir zwar zu aber ohne ein Hallo. Erst als ich dann freundlich grüsste)
– eine Beratung / Unterstützung das für mich passende Produkt zu finden.

Ich habe geäussert wofür ich das Produkt brauche und dass ich nicht viel Erfahrung habe. Ich hätte mir als Kundin an dieser Stelle Fragen/ Interesse gewünscht seitens der Verkäuferin. Zum Beispiel: Findest du die Maske bequem? Bei der Auswahl der Maske musst du auf XY acht geben. Benötigst du weiteres Zubehört? Möchtest du das Produkt in unserem Shop testen? Hast du das Produkt XY bereits? Falls nicht….Etc.

Ich habe mich insgesamt als Kundin nicht sehr willkommen und nicht kompetent beraten gefühlt und wünsche mir in Zukunft mehr Freundlichkeit und ehrliches Interesse mir als Kundin zu helfen.

Ich hoffe dieses Feedback trägt zur Qualität des Verkaufs bei.
