Suzi, Bob ( Rob) Hitoshi. Excellent experience with you guys. There is more to this experience than just the balloon ride ( which was amazing ). Highly recommended to anyone visiting FNQ. Give these guys a call and get on board. – via

Fantastic experience hot air ballooning!
Fun, laughter, safe and really well communicated to while up in the air!!
We went with our two children, aged 9 and 13 and we had a ball
It was certainly an early start, leaving port Douglas at around 4:30am. Well worth it though. There is breakfast available at the meeting point , that you may want to return to later. It’s good!

We were lucky enough to go on a private hot air balloon experience and had the most incredible experience we could have ever wished for. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, especially our Driver Rob and our Pilot Frank. My partner proposed to me during the private flight and they made EVERY part of it incredibly special. I couldn’t recommend this experience and more highly. It is a MUST whilst being in Port Douglas! – via

My family and I had an amazing time on the hot air balloon which took off in Mareeba. We were lucky and had a picture perfect day, getting the full 1 hour in the air. The staff were very charismatic and professional, which just adds to the experience! Everyone gets an edge space in the basket, so don’t worry about getting stuck in the middle. It is a very early morning but it is definitely worth it!

We booked through GetYourGuide and managed to get a better deal than directly on their website. We had no issues, so I recommend this. – via
