I’ve been coming here since 2014. Dr. Chaung provides great care and his staff are so friendly. He always patiently explains my options and I’ve never felt rushed or ignored. He’s upgraded various equipment over the years so it’s great that my care uses the latest tech. No more eye dilating drops! He has this cool camera that takes photos and you get to see what your eyeball looks like. I recently went for my annual appointment and got to see covid protocols implemented. It’s always been a clean space but now its extra sanitized. One patient at a time, masks the whole time, rubbing alcohol disinfecting surfaces before and after use. Anyways, Dr. Chaung is great. Go get your eyes taken care of. – via

This place was recommended to me by my friend and I’m happy to recommend this place to anyone. You’re greeted with a very nice lady at the reception when you walk in. She is very knowledgeable with insurance processing and helpful. Because of my prescription, the eyeglasses would be very expensive and since I’m already getting contact lens (which is what I’ll wear more often than the eyeglasses), the lady told me that I don’t really need the eyeglasses yet. I appreciate the honest advice and no hard selling or ripped off.

Dr. Henry is also very friendly and competent. Took his time to thoroughly check my eyes and answered my questions. Very pleasant experience every time I’m there. I’m from New Jersey and would go to them in NYC for my eye care because I know I can trust them and their prices are better than many others that I have been to before my friend told me about this place. – via

Very small variety of frames, a lot of them are ‘not for sale’ (why do they expose them then??), other frames cannot be tried on as ‘those are for kids’ (based on the size of the frame, no, they aren’t). Ridiculous place. – via

Lovely experience at Horizon Vision! Wonderful and thorough optometrist and kind staff. Exam and contact lens fitting prices for uninsured/underinsured patients (like myself) were totally reasonable.
