Cannot stress enough that I do not recommend nesiko Hilton. If you reserve a room they will raise the rates on you when you check out. As a Hilton honors member they will not let you use points and the benefits are different here than what honors usually promise. The hotel is old and outdated. Honestly recommend to use someone different besides these guys. – via google

We ate dinner here several times during our stay in Niseko. The buffet is great.

On one of these nights (Jan 17, 2023), taxis were scarce (as is typical in most of Niseko) after the shuttle buses stopped running.

Nathan on front desk (who seemed to be the manager… if he’s not, he should be) went above and beyond to ensure we could get back to our hotel nearby, even offering to drive us himself!

Hope you are reading this Hilton. That level of effort deserves to be rewarded 😉 – via google

When I made the reservation in advance, I was informed of the possibility of an upgrade, so I was hoping for a more spacious room, but I was not actually upgraded, and instead, I was given a room for two with a single bed. I added two.
It was too cramped for 4 adults to use, and it was a space where you couldn’t do anything other than sleep. It was very disappointing that even though we negotiated to see if we could do something about it, in the end we were not able to consider it.

The buffet in the morning and evening was a meal that was rich in variety and seemed to be preferred by various people.
The open-air bath was unsatisfactory because the temperature was low on the first day.

事前に予約する際にアップグレードできる可能性の連絡があり、ゆったりできる部屋を期待していたのですが、実際にアップグレードはしてもらえず、用意されたのは2名用の部屋にシングルベッドを２つ追加したものでした。
大人4人で利用するには窮屈で、寝る以外には何もできないくらいの空間でした。何とかならないかと交渉したのにもかかわらず結果的に配慮していただけなかったのがとても残念でした。

朝夜のバイキング・ビュッフェは種類が豊富で色々な方に好まれそうな食事でした。
