Our tour started around 830 and we were back at the hotel around 4. We did the private jeep snorkel tour up the cost to the sea of Cortez. Good way to see the country as you take a sand/dirt road along the coast up to Cabo Pulmo. Bit of a bumpy road but was comfortable in the Jeep. Our guide , Marco, was an excellent driver and guide. We made lots of stops for photos. Saw a mule, horses, cows and goats. You stop at some of the surf spots and towns and have a great lunch. Also saw a lagoon. Made a stop at the Tropic of Cancer. Surf was too rough at first snorkel stop so we went to another calm beach in Los Cabos at the end of the tour. This is a good way to see the country and beaches without being packed on bus with 30other tourists and it cost a bit less for 2 people. I would recommend this tour. They also provide water, snacks and snorkel gear. – via

Wow! I’m not one to usually write reviews, but this was something else. I was solo traveling in Cabo without a car and looking for adventure. Shout out to my amazing guide, Hugo, for an absolutely unforgettable day. The other folks who were supposed to be on our tour canceled, so I was able to go on my own and get a private tour! Hugo took me on quite an adventure off the beaten path. I appreciated how much he checked in on me and offered multiple options for longer or shorter routes. We ended up doing the longest hike he could offer. Such an incredible way to share a special place with a true local. Be sure to bring sturdy shoes with good grip as much of the hiking is bouldering and scrambling over rocks. An experience for the true adventure seeker! – via

My husband and I went on a snorkeling excursion and we’re the only two on this particular day. So, Pepe S., who was our tour guide and snorkeling guru, made sure we got 1:1 attention, lessons, and history regarding the areas we were at. He was friendly, helpful, and ensured we relaxed, while staying safe in our adventure in the sea. The water was cold and choppy so he gave us helpful tips so we definitely had a memorable & wonderful experience! We will come back to do other tours with this Hightide and highly recommend Pepe. – via
