Great service!
We had planned to go skiing one day and arrive early. But so many roads were closed and we were 8 hours late! So we only got 1/2 days that we paid for(Skipass & ski rental)… we contacted the front desk about our issue, and they understood and let us ski for another day- so we got two days of skiing to make up for the one we lost to all the closed roads.
