Website says open on Tuesdays from 12 to 7. When you call, the message says open on Tuesdays from 12 to 7. Nobody answers the phone when you call. All you get is a recording. When you stop by the store between 12 and 7, the door is locked. How can I trust someone to work on equipment that is going to keep me alive under water when the store hours are incorrect and nobody answers the phone. Hard pass on this place. I guess we need to find a more responsible shop. – via google

My wife Lynn Carpenter took a diving trip on September 10, 2023 in Chicago area arranged by Greg Stone and Hart City Scuba and I was able to ride along on the boat. Greg was very helpful both before the trip and on the boat. We will definitely do more diving adventures with Greg and Hart City. I am an out of state & new diver that was told to check out Hart City Scuba.

I just got back from my first live aboard dive trip and land tour. The Hart City Scuba dive community is a pleasure to travel and dive with. A diverse group of world travelers and seasoned divers that are friendly and willing to help and teach a new diver like myself.

The store owner Greg is also a world class diver and is a PADI COURSE DIRECTOR (this rating is the highest and most respected professional rating in recreational scuba diving). I highly recommend learning, diving, and traveling with Greg.

I am looking for to my next dives with Greg and the Hart City Scuba Community. – via google

Signed up my son for certification classes. He studied the book, was ready and excited to take the course. We were told to meet at the shop at 8 am on Saturday. No one showed up to meet us there. No phone call, email, or courtesy call.

We were blown off. Waited for an hour. Left a message. No communication.

Avoid this place. Terrible customer service. There is a much better local dive shop. – via google

Signed up my son for certification classes. He studied the book, was ready and excited to take the course. We were told to meet at the shop at 8 am on Saturday. No one showed up to meet us there. No phone call, email, or courtesy call.
