Have been using HDC for years and they are always super professional and kind My 11 year old boy just got certified with them and Paul was an outstanding instructor. Patient but focused on knowledge and safety. We did the checkout dives in a quarry with 3 foot Viz and even I was a bit nervous! But we went down with him, remained patient and calm and he passed all of his skill requirements. Then Doug refreshed my wife, and the same thing, he his polite, friendly and kind, Guess they are all a reflection of the ownership with Randy and Emma always being there to offer advise or help with training or a new purchase. Best staff and facility on the Island. Training is top notch spanning from bubblemaker, freediving, open water, rescue, tec, rebreather, and all specialties in between. This shop is a first-class Instructor Development Center, too. High quality gear is always in stock with professional support and maintenance services. Just got there today the trip is from September 9-14 when I got down here the diventer that is doing the charter said I won’t be able too dive because I don’t have enough dives .after driving 2 days 2 n.c the trip coast 1000 not too mention the money I lost from taking off of work and the money that it coast too drive down here for nothing – via google

I recently got my Open Water Certification with Hampton Dive Center, and it was a truly eye opening, and professional experience. I knew nothing of diving other than what I have heard from others’ experiences. My instructor Julie, was the best of the best. From taking her time to explain things, and giving simple tricks to remember everything important, along with getting me setup with the proper gear, along with thorough explanations. of their functionality. I am looking forward to the diving experiences that are waiting in the future. Thanks again Julie, and Hampton Dive Center! – via google

SAVEEEE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!! SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS.
Half the positive reviews are probably from the same people who are scammers and work there.

Bought a groupon, made a reservation 2 mths in advanced, confirmed, I was scheduled for Sunday at 12pm, and less than 18hrs before our reservations, it was cancelled via email due to strong winds, and via text due to bad weather, that Sunday it was not breezy, nor bad, it was actually 90 degrees outside with a full blown sunshine day., some other friends of mine, went skydiving that same day not to far from this Establishment.

I tried calling and emailing several times for the past 3 weeks to reschedule , and still no reply, Groupon refunded me back my money, however, I lost the deposit fee that was paid directly with this ” scammed business” that was required to make a reservation( and although they cancel, they require another reservation fee if you reschedule, as per the website) because once again, no one picks up the phone or answers emails.

apparently they just take your information in their systems, charge fees for reservation that will never happen, and keep rescheduling until your groupon code expires or when the next year comes, and its the same story.

they need a better system, because this is horrible – via google
