Visited the pool and leaving a review for Luke- the lifeguard at the infinity pool side. His service was impeccable. I have been to pools around the world and 5-star chains and have not had that type of attentiveness, attitude and service anywhere. Luke spoke to all the guests, got them umbrella shades, towels and their bands with great care and consideration. He was very alert for swimmers and guests just lounging by the poolside. This guys needs a promotion and they should have him train too. – via

The location is off the main street with the other resorts and restaurants. Not too far, but the neighborhood is fine but less busy and few places to eat nearby. Could still see the ocean from my room though. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There was a spa and infinity pool. I didn’t use either. The rooms look nice, but both of my travel companions had flooding in their rooms. Taken care of promptly, but one had to change rooms. My room was fine. The shower was annoying. The head flew off the wall every time I turned it on. Drenched everything. Was not a fan at all of the soap (really minor thing). Overall ok place to stay while on Island. – via

Review from an ACTUAL scuba professional: Worst Customer Experience… EVER!! In the 15 years of diving, 8 of them as a dive professional, I have NEVER been so disappointed & dissatisfied with the overall lack of communication, common courtesy, or professionalism by the majority of the staff members… management included. As the owner & lead instructor of my own scuba business, I would be EMBARRASSED knowing one of my customers was treated the way I was for the last 3 days. Rest assured, I’ll be contacting the owner as soon as possible. – via

It was my first Dive and Paul and his wife made me me feel so comfortable that I am hooked on diving for life! I felt very safe and had so much fun!! Awesome experience and would recommend to anyone! Seriously above and beyond and he personalized the dive for my husband and I. Me being a beginner, Paul took extra care and planned the first dive to fit what I wanted and made sure that I felt confident. My husband has his advanced certification, so the second dive, Paul took us both on a shipwreck dive that my husband absolutely loved! Then to top it off, Paul and his cute wife served us lunch at the beach restaurant that was yummy and beautiful! Made us feel special. It was so worth the extra money that we spent with Paul and would do it again in a heartbeat! – via
